Participants will be taught skills to recognize hidden prejudice within themselves and their organization, and become aware of its cost. Role modeling best practices and benefits of celebrating diversity, we will unpack the roots of prejudice and xenophobia in a physiology lesson.

We then explore how to overcome this biological imperative with tools in non-violent communication, conflict resolution, reduction of prejudice and discrimination, reduction of fear and the resulting increase in healthy relationships, creativity, collaboration and productivity.
